After the pandemic, clients indicate their intention to increase coverage or contract more savings products and life and health insurance. At least that is what the Bain & Company survey confirms .Specifically, up to 27% of those surveyed without health insurance indicate that they intend to contract it in the short term, and 20% in the case of Life insurance. “This contrasts with credit products and home and auto insurance, where the increase is notably less,” said those responsible for the report.
Another noteworthy conclusion is that the profile of clients who aim to have Life and Health insurance is younger and lower income than current holders.
It is also revealing that customers expect to maintain 75% of the increase in frequency of use of digital channels after the pandemic.
